SITE SALES/SAVINGS

It is completely "real". Being an online ONLY establishment, qualifying for wholesale pricing, and working with loads of designers, artisan and vendors we can cut our prices down from retail. We save by not having the overhead of a brick store and can have smaller margins as a result, so we pass the savings down to our customers. When we save, you save! That's our motto.

Sales do shift around on items within our store. Such as, if an item gets discontinued and slashed by our supplier/artisan, then this cuts our price and hence what you see here. 

SHIPPING

Typically USPS is utilized to ship our products, but sometimes we use other services such as UPS, DHL or FedEx.  US orders are shipped free! 

We ship your orders from various warehouses, as well as various designer and jeweler locations. Depending on the items and where they ship from, this will determine their grouping for shipment. The product descriptions will describe whether it's US based shipping (which is the majority of our inventory). Longer shipping times can be expected, such as made to order (customized products) or those shipping from international warehouses. The product descriptions will contain this information. 

Therefore, orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! 

We provide international shipping. However, due to security reasons and policies, we are unable to deliver a shipment to military areas. Certain designers/brands only ship to the US. This will be noted within the product description.

The shipping time will depend on your exact location and the warehouse/designer/jeweler  location. However, the average shipping time is 3-8 business days for shipping to the US (shorter shipping times of less than five days occurs for several of our brands/designers) and 10-15 business days for international shipping.

Products with longer processing & ship times (due to availability, etc.) will be stated in the product description.


Note: Customized products typically take longer to process upfront before shipping, and the expected lead time will be explained in the product description. 

We will email you the tracking number(s) of your orders to the email that you provided when placing the order.

Please note that the tracking information will often be displayed by the carrier 2-3 days after receiving this email.

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment is processed at the appropriate shipping facility or designer.

PAYMENT

We offer safe and secure shopping. We accept payment via Paypal, Google Pay, Credit or Debit card, so you can choose the most suitable option for you. All products are listed in US Dollars, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order should you be outside the US.

Look around and choose the products that you love!  Then click "Add to Cart" for those you wish to buy. When your done shopping, click  "Check Out".

DESIGNERS/SUPPLIERS/JEWELERS

We use a variety of ways to search for the best selection of TOP quality pieces including memberships to enable access to designers/wholesalers, contacts and loads and loads of research. Many of them are smaller and independent, while some are larger sources. 

Our goal is to offer better and DIFFERENT than the rest at affordable prices. We use only proven high quality sources. So if something has gone awry and if we fail to do that, please email us at help@chicchickspot.com  with comments and concerns, the good and the bad. If something is not up to par, we will refund you and likely drop that item. We need your help to make sure we are 100% getting it right.   

RETURN POLICIES

In order to return items, within 30 days of receipt please email help@chicchickspot.com  to receive a return authorization number and instructions. Please indicate reason or issue within the email and we will gladly refund or exchange.

Reviews

First off, we DO NOT post FAKE reviews. Ever! Every. Single. Review. Is from a REAL customer. 

Scary to say (as yes we shop online too here at CCS), but the majority of websites use a bulk of fake reviews. (There are even apps for retailers like us to do just that.) 

Oh and another huge factor is we are a newer shop...and only a small percentage of customers actually fill out reviews so it takes time to build up REAL LIFE reviews. 

First...you get a discount code to save on future purchases. (We hope that helps! We are open to other suggestions to help get reviews because we appreciate your time.)

Second...it helps us! Yes we read every review and if we see a disturbing trend, we will drop that product/supplier/designer.  We need your help to deliver the best products.

Third...it helps other possible customers in their decisions.
